These Terms govern the use of bosphorus-prive.com and the booking of private yacht cruises, tours and additional services arranged by Bosphorus Privé in Istanbul. By using the website or making a booking, you accept these Terms.

1. Our services

We arrange private yacht cruises on the Bosphorus and around Istanbul, ready-made tour packages and additional services such as catering, decorations, photo and video, guides, music and transfers. Every yacht is operated by a professional captain and crew.

2. Information on the website

Photos, descriptions, routes and amenities are provided for information purposes. Amenities depend on the specific yacht and are confirmed at booking. Routes are approximate and may change depending on the boarding point, weather and maritime traffic. Landmarks shown on maps may be seen from the water and are not necessarily stops.

3. Prices

  • Prices are in euros (€) and are starting prices.
  • Yacht prices are per hour for the whole yacht and all guests on board, subject to the minimum rental time.
  • Tour prices are for the whole package, not per person.
  • KDV (Turkish VAT) is not included.
  • The final price depends on the yacht, date, duration, number of guests and selected services, and is confirmed with you before booking. Prices on the website are not a binding offer.

4. Booking and payment

  • Bookings are made via WhatsApp. Sending a request from the website does not by itself create a booking.
  • A booking is confirmed once we receive a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is paid upon boarding the yacht.
  • Same-day bookings are possible, subject to yacht availability. We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance.
  • Payment methods are communicated when the booking is confirmed.

5. Weather and rescheduling

We continuously monitor weather conditions. In case of a storm or unsafe conditions, your cruise can be rescheduled free of charge to a convenient alternative date. Sunsets, visibility and swimming depend on the weather and sea conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

For any other change or cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 10 days before your cruise, we’ll refund your deposit. For later cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. For holidays such as New Year’s Eve (December 31) and Valentine’s Day (February 14), we’ll share the booking and cancellation terms when you ask.

6. Safety and conduct on board

  • The number of guests may not exceed the capacity confirmed for the yacht.
  • Guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew. The captain has the final say on all matters of navigation and safety, including changes to the route or timing of the cruise.
  • Swimming is allowed only with the captain’s consent and when conditions allow.
  • Children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment.
  • Illegal substances and dangerous items are not permitted on board. Pyrotechnics, open flames and special effects are allowed only as an arranged service and in compliance with safety rules.

7. Food and drinks

You may bring your own food and drinks according to the terms of the selected yacht; a service fee may apply.

8. Additional services

Additional services are subject to availability for the selected yacht and date and are confirmed separately. Some services are provided by third parties.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, decisions of port or maritime authorities and maritime traffic. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, photos, videos and logo) belongs to Bosphorus Privé or is used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
