Private Yacht Events
A reception for partners, a business meeting, a wedding, an anniversary or an evening with close friends — any occasion feels different on the Bosphorus. We’ll match the yacht to your guest list and format, then help with everything else: route, timing, food, decorations, music, photo and video, entertainment and transfers. The backdrop can be the Bosphorus by day, the sunset or the city’s evening lights. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal and work out the details together.
What’s included

Catering, DJ, performers, decorations, photography, transfers and special effects are quoted separately, in line with safety rules and permits.
- A private yacht for the full booked time — your group only
- Professional captain and crew (at least two crew members)

- You can bring your own food and drinks: on some yachts it’s free, on others there’s a small service fee

Frequently asked questions
What does the core organization include?
Choosing the yacht, agreeing the date, duration and route, plus the crew and standard equipment. Catering, DJ, performers, decorations, photography, transfers and special effects are quoted separately, in line with safety rules and permits.
How much does an event cost?
It depends on the format, so we price each event individually. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal and work out the details together. VAT (KDV) is not included.
What is required to make a booking?
A 20% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is paid when you board.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you cancel at least 10 days before your cruise, we’ll refund your deposit. For later cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. If there’s a storm or it isn’t safe to go out, we’ll move your cruise to another convenient date free of charge. For holidays such as New Year’s Eve (December 31) and Valentine’s Day (February 14), we’ll share the booking and cancellation terms when you ask.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
You can bring your own food and drinks: on some yachts it’s free, on others there’s a small service fee. We can also arrange breakfast, dinner or catering on board for you.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings are possible if a yacht is available, but booking 2–3 days ahead gives you a wider choice.
